AUTOMATIC VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION (AVI)
AVI refers to hands-free, automatic identification of vehicles for safe access control.

Sentry provides AVI through long-range and high-performance Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems that automatically identify large moving objects at long distances. We partner with TagMaster North America to offer a diverse family of readers and tags for maximum flexibility and versatility.

Readers consist of antennae, a transmitter, a receiver, a computer function to process and store information, and a physical interface for communication with other systems. ID Tags use a credit card format, and contain an antenna for transmission and reception, a memory circuit and a battery.

AVI helps improve traffic flow in peek periods, and provides your customers with safe, fast and convenient access to your facility.
