Frank Flanagan
Principal Owner

Frank is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and received his MBA from the University of Southern California. He began his corporate career at IBM, where he picked up invaluable skills in management and finance before becoming Principal Owner at Sentry with his brother Tim in 1988. When not competing with Tim on the golf course,  Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.

Michael Flanagan
VP Business Development

Michael is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He started his career at Pitney Bowes prior to coming to Arlington, VA to represent Sentry in the high growth market of Washington DC.  Today, Michael oversees Sales & Business Development for Sentry nationwide, focusing on solutions which make Sentry’s customers more successful and profitable.  Michael enjoys spending time with his wife and their Yellow Labrador.



Ernie Bernardi
Genetec LPR System Sales & Sales Support

Ernie was a sub-contractor for 3-4 years prior to being employed by Sentry in 1998. By starting out installing systems, he developed a strong expertise in construction and infrastructure. Today, this helps him interface regularly with architects and contractors. A family man and skilled outdoorsman, Ernie enjoys leading camping expeditions with his two sons.

 

Robert Villar
Installation Manager

Robert has worked in access control for over 15 years and began with Sentry in 2000, where he is in charge of planning and scheduling for installations. His superior organization skills help him keep on top of the installation needs for our customers, who know they can count on him to deliver on time and on budget

 

 

Tim Flanagan
Principal Owner

Tim graduated from the University of Southern California in 1985 and worked for a small company that subcontracted work to Sentry, before moving over to Sentry himself in March of 1988. Six months later, he bought the company. Three months later, he got married. Twenty three years later, both company and family are doing great. Tim and his wife have two kids. In his free time, he enjoys golf and hockey.

Brent Van Loggerenberg
New System Sales

Brent is a native of South Africa and immigrated to the U.S. in 2000, where he spent several years providing webkey solutions to SKIDATA. Brent's thorough knowledge of SKIDATA products helps him provide strong support to our clients.

Mike Brill
Service Manager

Mike began his career at Sentry in 2001 as a Service Manager.  His expertise covers system add-ons and maintenance contracts. No matter what happens, customers know they can count on Mike’s expertise to steer them in the right direction.

 

Patrick Brooke
Technical Services Manager

Technical Services is responsible for software implementation including updates and upgrades. Technical Services is also responsible for monitoring any special projects with unique requirements. Patrick and Stefan Perner coordinate their efforts to support customers as well as firm’s technicians and systems engineers.

 

Lester Mascon
VP Field Operations

Lester is based in Washington, DC where he manages all field operations for Sentry. He started in the Bay Area office, where his expertise with computers, software, and installations made him a favorite with customers. That same expertise has strongly contributed to our east coast clients’ success as well. Lester enjoys spending time with his wife and family.  



Grant Johnson
New System Sales

Grant is a graduate of UCLA and has been with Sentry for 11 years, which makes him our most senior sales executive. His superior knowledge of SKIDATA products has made him a top producer for years. His expertise encompasses new customer sales for large, complex systems such as UCLA, Beverly Hills, and Bob Hope Airport.




Patti Dias
Service Coordinator

Patti has been the “voice of Sentry” since 1994. She organizes all the service technicians and determines who can get to which location most efficiently to resolve a problem. Customers know they can count on Patti because she is reliable and dependable

Stefan Perner
Field Support/Remote services

Stefan is an expert in the hardware and software for the SKIDATA system. Stefan is an integral part of supporting the field staff at Sentry during system set up as well as post installation.
